Economist with 15 years of experience in infrastructure and spatial development. Tito has field knowledge in Latin American and African countries and has done numerous analyzes on other regions of the world.

Tito holds a Ph.D in economics and Master degree in development economics. He has taught different courses in economics at few universities of Colombia and worked as an economist for different organizations, including the World Bank. Currently he is associated researcher of Fedesarrollo, one of the most influential think thanks of Latin America.
